Rebecca uses a number of mediums such as art, principles of play and symbol work in her practice. These modalities are expressive ways to create significant internal shifts and allows the client a nonverbal way of communicating their inner thoughts and feelings.
Rebecca believes in developing a therapeutic connection with clients and holding space to start where the client is at taking a unique approach to each individual, based on their age and specific needs.
As a therapist Rebecca is caring, gentle and welcoming, assisting her clients to settle in and feel safe and comfortable before and during sessions.
